Is the workshop for all business types?

No. Our workshops are designed for service based business owners.

Trades, home services, allied health, professional services and more. If you have to talk to customers, schedule them, close sales, etc - this is for you.

If you have a digital checkout page to buy some item - this is not for you.

If you're in ecommmerce or SaaS, this is not for you. There are other workshops out there that are targeted to you. Do those instead.

What is included in the workshop?

Our workshops are designed to give you a 6-month plan for scaling your business.

The first half of the day is strategic skills building and designed to help teach you to improve your service, tighten your operations, get more customers and attract talent.

The second half of the day is tactical. We put together a plan to implement your skills in a way that make sense for your business. You get the added bonus of listening to others and hearing the feedback they receive.

Expect to find real bottlenecks. Expect to find real solutions.

Don't expect to be told to work less and chill out. I'm not that guy.

I'm all of building towards working less hours, but that isn't some overnight revelation, its just more work but on the things that matter, for long enough that its no longer possible to fail. Sorry if that bursts your bubble.

What help do you offer after the workshop?

We offer 6 months of ongoing support via Skool - because when you hit your goals, the only thing to do is set more goals.

This includes a community chat and a weekly live call.

How much does it cost?

Our first workshop in January is heavily discounted to $2,000 + GST. You can pay upfront for a 10% discount ($1,800 + GST) or in 4 monthly payments ($500 per month).

You can bring someone else with you for no extra cost, but you can only join on one computer.

When can I expect results?

Business isn't that complicated. But it is hard work. We do not guarantee results of any type.

Your plan leaving the workshop should take 3-6 months to effectively execute. If you have more resources (money, expertise, audience or relentless drive) it may take you less.
